The illustrations are bold and bright and pull in the attention of the readers. After fighting with filing for 30+ years, I found the answer in Pat Dorff's book.Some people may find the book daunting to read - but if you try the system, step by step, you'll come to see how simplifying it really is. What works best with this book, I found, is to use it as a "topic leader" and then after reading each chapter, move to a more advanced or more technical network manual and read about the same subject matter. Boy how I loved the feel and flavor of that dark and murky world.
