Back when my friend Calen has the 1st Edition AD&D books, it was the chapter on Newhon Myths in the Deities and Demigods that sparked my main interest. The book is a lovingly humorous painting of human nature and the sweet-crazy beauty of existence on Earth in the 21st Century, in the midst of much that seems not so beautiful. The story is slight and the volume only contains four of the "pamphlet" comics. I stumbled across this book because I have fallen in love with Allen Say's illustrations.
